  • What if people don't have time to learn?

    Time isn’t the real issue - relevance is. People make time for what helps them succeed: getting recognition, making progress, or doing their job better. 

    I don’t add learning for learning’s sake. I build exactly what’s needed for a transformation to succeed - whether it’s mastering a new tool, living a new behavior, or new ways of working. The training is short, practical, and easy to apply. 

  • Do you have experience in our sector and function?

    I’ve worked across industries and functions but I’m not your technical expert. And that’s intentional. 

    I don’t bring predefined answers. Your experts, content, and context reveal what really needs to shift. When your people are involved, they feel seen and understood - which makes them more open to change, and more likely to grow with it.

  • How long does it take to turn a project into a capability program?

     It depends on the scope and how ready things are. If the content is signed off and aligned, it can take as little as a week. For larger, global programs, it might take a few months. 

    I don’t add complexity. I help create clarity, so the transformation is easier to implement and scale.

  • How much does a custom training program cost?

    It depends on the scope, not just the size. A focused program for one team is different from a global rollout or a full curriculum. Tailored programs typically start around 10,000 CHF/€, covering design and supporting materials.


    Time-intensive is usually getting your content ready for learning - making sure it’s aligned, up to date, and clear enough to build on. Once that foundation is solid, I can translate it into training that’s easy to use, scale, and apply.
