Most initiatives don’t fail because the strategy is wrong. They stall when they don't work in practice.
That’s the turning point. The rollout is done, but results don’t show. New systems are in place, but they’re not used properly. New processes are defined, but people continue to work as before. When initiatives don’t deliver the expected results, the same problems resurface elsewhere. The cycle begins again.
In this phase, I make the greatest difference. I clarify the required contribution and build the capability to deliver it, ensuring each stage of the circle below works in practice.
As a result, progress becomes visible and measurable: contribution, engagement, behavior, and business results. The capabilities are embedded in the organisation and remain in place.
