I don't start with a solution
Most fixes fail for a simple reason: they solve one piece and leave the rest of the system untouched.
Strategy, capability, and the system around people have to move together. Break one link, and the rest doesn't happen, no matter how good the piece you fixed is.
I look at the whole chain first: what's been decided, what people can actually do, and what the organization around them rewards, ignores, or blocks. That's how I find what's actually broken, not just what's visible.
I start from where you need to be, and work backward. Building toward something you truly believe in and others want to follow.
